The ordering process was clear, and delivery for the hardware took about a week and a half, which was expected. Installation services were professional and got everything online quickly. Had to call support once for a minor issue with a printer setting, and they were responsive and resolved it on the first try. The upselling engine is actually generating more revenue as they claimed, which is a nice bonus. Data analytics dashboard is pretty useful too for tracking sales.

Great value, saved on setup

I was looking for a new POS system and Revi offered a waived setup fee for the restaurant POS system, which was a big deal for my budget. The annual billing discount also helped cut costs significantly. It felt like a really good deal overall for the features I got. The system itself is robust and has been working well since implementation. Definitely worth the investment for the money saved up front.

Mostly good, minor delivery delay

Ordered the mobile ordering software and a contactless payment terminal. The software was up and running fast, no issues there. The payment terminal itself works great, but it took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a bit longer than I hoped for. Customer service was polite when I called about the delay, but couldn't speed it up. Overall, the products are good and do what they're supposed to. Value is decent for what you get.
